The Religious Wright

As an evangelical Christian, Paul has maintained involvement in his local church as well participating in interdenominational activities at the regional, national and, to some extent, international levels. He has written articles appearing in various Christian publications. For several years now, Paul has served his local congregation and --as word has gotten around-- the broader community as a so-called Visitation Ministry Volunteer. This semi-official ministry involves, mostly, providing whatever Spiritual and emotional support he can to hospitalized patients and their relatives and friends and, occasionally, to bereaved families.

It is possible that some people may be interested in details concerning Paul's Christian commitment and how this plays out in his life as a whole. If Paul can ever overcome that insidious form of writer’s block (procrastination) know technically as “Retiree’s Inertia,” a series of essays on this topic will start appearing on this website.
